  • Weather Data — Public weather conditions at your location (from third-party APIs)

We do not collect:

  • Customer payment card information
  • Customer personal information (names, emails, phone numbers)
  • Employee personal information beyond business role

  • Correlate sales data with weather and time-of-day to identify revenue opportunities
  • Display actionable insights and recommendations on your dashboard

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers hosted by Render (cloud infrastructure). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Access to merchant data is restricted to authorized systems only. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your transaction data for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect TempoAi from your POS system or request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

6. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services:

  • Clover / Square / Toast — POS data access via authorized OAuth connections
  • Open-Meteo — Public weather data (no personal data shared)
  • Render — Cloud hosting infrastructure
  • Vercel — Dashboard hosting

  • Request a copy of your data
  • Request deletion of all your data
