By accessing or using TempoAi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
TempoAi is an AI-powered revenue optimization platform for restaurants. The Service analyzes point-of-sale transaction data, weather conditions, and time-based patterns to generate actionable recommendations for menu optimization, promotional strategies, and operational improvements.
To use the Service, you must connect at least one supported POS system (Clover, Square, or Toast) via authorized OAuth or API credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your POS credentials and for all activity that occurs through your connection.
By connecting your POS system, you grant TempoAi permission to access, store, and analyze your transaction and menu data for the purpose of providing AI-powered recommendations. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
TempoAi provides AI-generated recommendations and insights based on pattern analysis. These recommendations are suggestions only and do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. You retain full control over which recommendations to implement. TempoAi is not liable for business decisions made based on AI recommendations.
TempoAi is offered as a monthly subscription service. Pricing is based on the number of connected locations and the selected plan tier. Billing is handled through the Clover App Market or directly via our platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for temporary service disruptions due to maintenance, POS provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
The Service, including its AI models, algorithms, dashboard interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of TempoAi. You retain ownership of your restaurant data. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service.
TempoAi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TempoAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue or data.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will disconnect from your POS system and delete your data within 30 days, unless you request otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
